Cancellation Policy

All cancelled credit and debit card bookings

Once a credit or debit card booking has been made and processed either by phone, email or online and then cancelled by the booker, agent or client a minimum 10% cancellation administration charge will be made as we will have paid out non-refundable credit or debit card commission to your card issuer while processing your payment. We will have also turned down alternative work to accommodate your own travel arrangements. This charge also goes towards covering our costs for phone calls, emails, invoicing and administration.

Same day cancellations before our vehicle has been dispatched

If a cancellation is made on the same day of travel before our vehicle has been dispatched 10% of the full price paid will be charged as we will have paid out non-refundable credit or debit card commission and will have also turned down alternative work to accommodate your own travel arrangements.This charge also goes towards covering our costs for phone calls, emails, invoicing and administration.

Same day cancellations after our vehicle has been dispatched

If a cancellation is made or we get a no pick up or no show after our vehicle has been dispatched to the pickup point the full price will be charged as we will have paid out non-refundable credit or debit card commission and will have also turned down alternative work to accommodate your own travel arrangements. This charge also goes towards covering our costs for phone calls, emails, invoicing and administration.

Booking within the next 24 hours or during adverse weather conditions

You must call or email us to check availability before booking if you want to travel with us within the next 24 hours.

Refund

If you book and pay by credit or debit card directly online and we can’t accommodate your booking because we are already fully booked for the dates and times you require we will refund 100% of the price paid.
